The part that was shipped to me had a defect. I talked to Art in parts and he explained the steps to take when things were verified. They sent me a FedEx shipping label so I could send the product back free of charge. Although I have to wait for a new part, I’m cool with that because I know things happen. Both Art and Eddie and Eddie himself called he over the phone to make sure I knew I was being taken care of! That’s all you can ask for. Thanks, Chris
