Ideal for traditional boat applications where under dash space is an issue, the Safe-T QC steering kit suits inboards, jet, small outboard and power assisted stern drive applications. The kit contains a helm, 90 degree bezel kit, a steering cable, hardware and instruction sheets. The complete uses a simple snap-in connection system for an easy installation and features 3.0 turns lock-to-lock and a standard 3/4 tapered steering shaft. Our one piece hub and adapter assembly is made from 6061 T-6 aluminum. It is 3” long, includes the steering cap, and adapts a Formuling or Grant nine bolt wheel to a standard 3/4” tapered steering shaft. Stainless fasteners are included. Available with a bright polished finish or in a variety of Fusioncoated or anodized colors.
