We DO NOT sell replacement gas caps and here's why! Over the past 25 years, similar gas fill assemblies have been manufactured my many different companies, most of which had threads that differed from brand to brand. At some point in time, we even changed the thread pitch on our own gas fills.

We do NOT sell replacement gas caps and here's why! Over the past 25 years, similar gas fill assemblies have been manufactured my many different companies, most of which had threads that differed from brand to brand. At some point in time, we even changed the thread pitch on our own gas fills. So, if we did sell you a replacement gas cap, you would most assuredly get a part that wouldn't screw into your current gas fill base. To save both you and us from the headache and disappointment of paying for a part that doesn’t fit, we made the decision, years ago, to ONLY offer complete gas fill assemblies. Before ordering a new gas fill assembly, you will need to determine what size fuel fill hose your boat uses. The hose may be labeled with the size. If you will have to remove the gas fill from the boat. You will also need to know if your gas fill is vented or non-vented. You can follow this link to see our complete line of gas fills.
