PER-400 POWERLIGHT

Installation Instructions
1. Locate a position for the PowerLight or Extend-A-Light with sufficient vertical space available below the deck.

2. Cut a 1.75” hole in the deck with a hole saw. Clear away any foam or anything that will prevent the mounting receptacle from lying flat on the underside of the deck surface.

3. Remove the lens from the PowerLight or Extend-A-Light by turning it counterclockwise until it is free. Caution: Grasp silver lens base to prevent it from turning while unscrewing the lens.

4. Unscrew then lift the deck ring and gasket upward over the LED. Position the PowerLight or Extend-A-Light under the deck by slipping the LED end up through the 1.75" hole in the deck and hold the mounting receptacle flush against the bottom of the hole.

5. Slip the deck ring gasket and then install the deck ring by inserting the threaded portion of it through the hole on the top side of the boat deck and turn clockwise into the mounting receptacle. Tighten the deck ring until snug. Then complete the tightening process by grasping the mounting receptacle and turning. Replace the lens.

6. It is vital to securely fasten the bottom of the light in order to maintain structural integrity as well as to prevent voiding the product warranty.

7 . Follow the wiring instructions.
