Eddie Marine has recently developed an exhaust system for the small and big block Chevrolet motors. Our exhaust systems have the features and the performance of our competitors for hundreds of dollars less. EMI Thunder Exhaust Systems feature large individual runners for maximum horsepower gains. Our manifolds also feature a cast-in water cooled divider inside the manifold body that assures maximum exhaust flow into the riser. EMI Thunder Exhaust manifold risers have a 4" exhaust hose connection. Our manifolds are drilled and tapped with 3/4" pipe connections in three places, making various plumbing systems easier to plumb. These features make our exhaust systems ideal for Mercruiser applications (thru-transom, silent choice or "S" pipe systems) as well as jet drives, v-drives and direct drives. EMI Thunder Exhaust is available in black powder coated, hard coat anodized and black powder coated, for salt water applications, or polished. You can have your exhaust system Fusioncoated in your choice of colors.

EMI Thunder Stainless Steel Risers
Our riser pipes feature a full 3 1/2" inner pipe for maximum horsepower gains. Yes, some competitors still use a 3" inner pipe which is insufficient for large cubic inch motors. Our stainless steel risers have been redesigned, now our mounting flange and inner pipe is investment cast in one piece. This eliminates welding the inner pipe to the flange. Therefore, the chance of a weld leaking is eliminated. This change makes our riser superior to our competitors. At Eddie Marine, we have the welding and fabricating capability to custom make any riser style that your boat may require.
